TDS1000C

The Tektronix TDS1000C-EDU Digital Oscilloscope Series is created for universities and schools. The TDS1000C-EDU Series of Oscilloscopes comes with an Education Resource CD full of tools to aid students in mastering the operation of an oscilloscope. Each oscilloscope in the series has 2 channels, a 2.5K point record length, 16 automated measurements, and a 5.7 inch active TFT color display. A USB 2.0 host port is accessible on the front panel for fast data storage and a USB 2.0 device port is available on the back panel for linking to a PC or printing to a PictBridge-compatible printer.

The TDS1000C-EDU Digital Oscilloscopes have dimensions of 6.2 (H) x 12.8 (W) x 4.9 (D) inches. These oscilloscopes also only weigh 4.4 pounds. Since they are small and lightweight, they are easy to transport anywhere they are needed. The digital oscilloscopes in this series have several acquisition modes available. These include: peak detect, roll mode, sample, single sequence, and average. The peak detect mode captures anomalies as narrow as 12 ns with acquisition hardware at every time-base setting from 5 μs/div to 50 s/div. Single sequence mode can capture one triggered acquisition sequence. Roll mode can be used at acquisition time base settings of >100 ms/div.
