TDS2000

The TDS2000 Series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes manufactured by Tektronix are equipped with a trigger frequency readout, 11 automatic measurements, a color LCD display, cursors with readouts, a Probe Check Wizard, waveform averaging and peak detection, and a context-sensitive help system. These oscilloscopes have 2 or 4 channels, a bandwidth of 60 MHz, 100 MHz, or 200 MHz, and a sample rate of 1.0 GS/s or 2.0 GS/s on every channel. These specifications vary for each model. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) math function is standard on every model; this permits the user to assess, troubleshoot, and characterize circuits by looking at the signal strength and frequency.

The Tektronix TDS2000 Series can be used for design and debug, service and repair, manufacturing tests and quality control, and education and training. Features such as pulse-width, field-selectable, and line-selectable video triggers ensure that these digital storage oscilloscopes are suited for a variety of applications. With the optional TDS2MEM Storage Memory and Communication Module, for every 8 MB 96 or more reference waveforms can be saved, along with 4,000 or more front panel setups, 128 or more screen images, and 12 or more Save All operations.
