The TDS2014B Digital Storage Oscilloscope created by Tektronix is ideal for education and training, manufacturing tests and quality control, service and repair, and design and debug applications. This model has 12 automatic measurements, including: Frequency, +Width, -Width, Rise Time, Fall Time, Max, Min, Cycle RMS, RMS, Mean, Peak-to-Peak, and Period.
