Tektronix TDS5054B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope

The Tektronix TDS5054B is a 4-Channel, 500 MHz Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope. This oscilloscope is designed to acquire data at a real-time sample rate of 5 GS/s (with 1 channel), 2.5 GS/s and 1.25 GS/s with 2 and 3 channels respectively. It is a powerful instrument featured with several advanced functions. This model can be configured to send E-mails on events and can be controlled remotely by employing an internet connection. The TDS5054B enabled by DPX®acquisition Technology can deliver more than 100,000 Waveforms per second capture rates on a sustained basis at 1.5% DC Gain Accuracy with offset set to 0 V. It offers a 4M maximum record length/channel, while operating in standard configuration with standard memory. In addition to typical acquisition modes, this oscilloscope provides FastFrame™Acquisition mode as well. In FastFrame™ mode, acquisition memory is divided into segments and a trigger rate >225,000 waveforms per second can be achieved.
