National Instruments CB-37F-HVD Terminal Block

The NI CB-37F-HVD (Part Number: 779491-01) is a Terminal Block designed for High Voltage applications. This DIN rail mountable accessory is designed to be deployed in a horizontal orientation. The CB-37F-HVD is designed to provide connectivity for as many as 37 I/O signals. With this Terminal Block, you can connect your signals through a 37-pin female D-SUB connector and a 37-pin Female Screw Terminal connector. The NI CB-37F-HVD is UL recognized and can be used with high-voltage or low-voltage products if the maximum voltage does not exceed 150 V. This Terminal Block is compatible with a broad range of National Instruments DAQ devices (data acquisition devices). To deploy this Terminal Block, an appropriate cable with a rating of 150 V is required.

The National Instruments CB-37F-HVD Terminal Block supports DC coupling and can be used with 12 to 30 AWG size terminal wires. For strain relief, this Terminal Block supports the use of zip ties because it has the necessary holes on the PCB. This Terminal Block accessory is widely used in a broad range of data acquisition applications where interference between multiple hardware devices is required. This Terminal Block is specifically designed for industrial environments and can operate in high-temperature conditions. However, the NI CB-37F-HVD Terminal Block should not be installed and operated in humid environments or under direct sunlight. Since it is a UL listed terminal block, the NI CB-37F-HVD should be deployed in accordance with the regulatory requirements listed in the manual.
