National Instruments TB-2709 Terminal Block

The TB-2709 is a PXI Terminal Block. National Instruments produced the NI TB-2709 Terminal Block with the part number 779554-01. The TB-2709 is built for use with NI PXI data acquisition devices. The NI TB-2709 Terminal Block is fabricated to be used with S Series DAQ instruments. The TB-2709 is used with the PXI-6123, PXI-6122, PXI-6132, and PXI-6133 devices from the NI S Series. The NI TB-2709 Terminal Block can access the first 4 analog input channels of the PXI-6122 and PXI-6132 devices.

The TB-2709 Terminal Block is assembled with nine SMB connectors. There is also a 14-pin auxiliary I/O connector and a 68-position SCSI-II type female connector on the NI TB-2709 Terminal Block. The user must get grounded before operating the National Instruments TB-2709 Terminal Block. The TB-2709 does not need any external cables for connections because it provides direct connections to the S Series DAQ devices. However, the NI TB-2709 Terminal Block can be used with the 1 m, MFIT-Pigtail 14-conductor cable (Part Number: 194123-01). The NI TB-2709 is designed to work within voltages less than 42 Vpk or 60 VDC.

The National Instruments TB-2709 Terminal Block supports analog and digital triggering. The TB-2709 Terminal Block can be installed using a Number 1 Phillips screwdriver, which is the only accessory required for operation. The NI TB-2709 Terminal Block can be used with a random operating and non-operating vibration of 5 to 500 Hz.

TB-2709 Obsolete Status has been announced by National Instruments, but the Terminal Block will still be available for purchase and repairs by Apex Waves.
