NI TBX-2808 Terminal Block

The NI TBX-2808 (Part Number: 781420-08) is a Terminal Block for NI SwitchBlock hardware. This Terminal Block comes with screw terminal connectivity and allows connections to the analog bus of the associated SwitchBlock. The NI TBX-2808 is an unshielded accessory which can be it on a DIN-rail. This screw terminal Terminal Block features an integrated safety interlock. The maximum allowable current for the TBX-2808 is 64 A. The maximum voltage is 100 V.

National Instruments recommends the SH160F-160M-NI Cable for connectivity between the SwitchBlock Card and this Terminal Block. The TBX-2808 has 160 screw terminals and can be used in conjunction with the NI-2833. The screw terminals of this Terminal Block can easily be accessed after removing four cover screws. There is an exit path incorporated in the cover for signal wires. The NI TBX-2808 does not have strain relief for signal wires, but users can add insulation and strain relief, if necessary.
