Data Analyzer
The Anritsu Data Analyzers series has two different types of analyzers: Data Analyzers and Jitter Analyzers. The MP1630B Data Analyzer is included in the first group. The MP1630B is useful for a variety of applications and renders an oscilloscope useless with its ability to measure the threshold margin and the phase margin at a specific error rate. These results can be exhibited in an eye margin diagram. The MP1632C Data Analyzer is a high performance digital data analyzer which can be used for inspecting digital transmission systems, optical modules, and logic devices. The MP1632C has a frequency range of 10 MHz to 3.2 GHz.
The second type of analyzers in the Anritsu Data Analyzer series includes the MP1777A and the MP1797A Jitter Analyzers. The MP1777A Jitter Analyzer evaluates how a DUT operates without causing an error when the jitter amplitude is increased; this product can be used in many ways, such as: the development of STM-64/OC-192 transmission equipment and optical modules presently being installed in submarine transmission systems and main land network lines. The MP1797A Jitter Analyzer also measures jitter characteristics which are used to assess digital transmissions. While evaluating jitter measurements, the model can cover 100 Hz to 80MHz.
