The Tektronix 11000 Digital Sampling Oscilloscope (DSO) series has as high as 500 MHz bandwidth, with outstanding measurement accuracy, and great vertical resolution. This series is ideal for semiconductor assessments, TDR characterization of circuit boards, IC packages and cables, and ultra-fast digital data communications. The Tektronix 11801C Oscilloscope has a rise time of 7-ps, eight channels which can be extended to 136, a dual-timebase that enables various windows, color display screen, and automatic statistical and pulse measurements. The 11801C Oscilloscope has a sample rate of 200 kHz at the most, a record length that the user can choose (512, 1024, 2048, 4096, or 5120 points), an internal reference clock, and a record duration of 10 ps to 50 ms. The Tektronix 11801C has an 8.5 inch color display, a frequency range between 48 Hz to 440 Hz, and a standard operating temperature ranging from 0 to 50 degrees C. One of the unique features of the 11801C Oscilloscope is that it can accept as many as 4 duel-channel sampling heads at once and can also expand through the SM-11 Multichannel Units (up to 136 channels). Presently, there are nine types of sampling heads available: the SD-14, SD-20, SD-22, SD-24, SD-26, SD-32, SD-42, SD-44, and SD-51.
