DPO4000B
The Tektronix DPO4000B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope series allows the user to assess a maximum of 20 digital and analog signals and swiftly spot and solve issues in complicated designs. The Tektronix DPO4000B series offers models with bandwidths of varying lengths (100 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, and 1 GHz), either two or four channels, a maximum of 5 GS/s sample rate, a record length of 20 M on each channel, and a waveform capture rate greater than 340,000 wfm/s. The DPO4000B oscilloscope models each have a large 10.4 inch XGA color display screen, are 5.8 inches deep, and are light at only 11 pounds.
The DPO4000B Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes offer two USB 2.0 host ports on the back panel and two on the front panel for swift data storage or connecting a USB keyboard, along with two USB 2.0 device ports on the back panel to connect to a PC or a PictBridge-compatible printer, as well as a video outport to connect the oscilloscope to an external monitor or projector. The multiple trigger types available on the DPO4000B Tektronix Oscilloscopes are: Edge, Runt, Logic, Timeout, Pulse Width, Rise/Fall Time, Sequence, Video, or Extended Video. The Tektronix DPO4000B series also has optional Video Picture Mode, Power measurements, and Limit/Mask Testing.
