TDS1000B

The Tektronix TDS1000B Series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes can be used in a variety of applications, including: service and repair, design and debug, education and training, and manufacturing tests and quality control. These digital storage oscilloscopes have standard features such as a monochrome LCD display, 12 automatic measurements, 2 channels, an FFT function, a 2.5K point record length, and advanced triggers. The advanced triggers include line-selectable video trigger and pulse width trigger. The TDS1000B Series delivers precise real-time acquisition to the highest bandwidth and the same record length at every time base setting.

The AFG3000 Series arbitrary function generator can be used with the TDS1000B digital storage oscilloscope series to provide a comprehensive measurement solution with both acquisition and stimulus. This instrument has the capabilities of a function generator and the power of an arbitrary waveform generator, with the performance necessary to precisely confirm, authorize, and characterize designs easily and competently at a low cost. The TDS1000B Series offers an optional GPIB interface. Also, these digital storage oscilloscopes can save 96 or more reference waveforms for every 8 MB, 4,000 or more front-panel setups for every 8 MB, and 128 or more screen images while using a USB flash drive.
