The Anritsu Cell Master Base Station Analyzer series is designed for installation and maintenance of wireless networks for cell site technicians and RF engineers. The series is comprised of two handheld Base Station Analyzers: the MT8212E and the MT8213E. The Anritsu Cell Master has options for 2G, 3G, and 4G cellular networks. The highlights are: coverage mapping, GPS information on stored traces, a 3 hour battery operation time, E1, T1, T3 Backhaul Analyzer, an Interference Analyzer, and USB Power Sensors (4 GHz to 26 GHz). The Cell Master has an 8.4 inch daylight viewable touchscreen and a dynamic range > 102 dB.

The frequency range for the Anritsu Cell Master series varies slightly between the two models. The frequency range is 2 MHz to 4 GHz for the MT8212E and 2 MHz to 6 GHz for the MT8213E. The measurement capabilities for the Cell Master include: RL, VSWR, cable Loss, DTF, Phase, Occupied Bandwidth, Channel Power, ACPR, and C/I. The Cell Master Base Station Analyzers employ three methods to ensure the performance of a base station transmitter: measuring RF Quality, Modulation Quality, and Downlink Coverage Quality. These three methods enable cell site technicians and RF engineers to efficiently test and verify the installation and commissioning of base stations and cell sites.
