MDO3000
The Tektronix MDO3000 Mixed Domain Oscilloscope models each contain a built-in spectrum analyzer, along with an oscilloscope, arbitrary function generator (AFG), logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, and a digital voltmeter (DVM). This combination allows the user to view the frequency and time domains on one model and swiftly debug their designs. The Tektronix MDO3000 series is created to guarantee the user will notice the most minute signal changes. This feature increases the accuracy exponentially compared to other oscilloscopes.
The MDO3000 Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes either come with two or four analog channels, a 16 digital channel option, varying bandwidths of 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, and 1 GHz, a sample rate of 2.5 GS/s at the most on 500 MHz models and below, and a 5 GS/s sample rate maximum on 1 GHz models. The waveform capture rate is >280,000 wfm/s while using the FastAcq feature, which makes it much more likely the user will spot errors. To make the MDO3000 series of Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes even better, every model comes with TPP passive voltage testing. Also, no specialty probes are needed to utilize the maximum bandwidth of the device; the TPP probes will either meet or exceed the full bandwidth of the oscilloscope.
