TDS1000

The TDS1000 Series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes by Tektronix are useful in the following applications: service and repair, design and debug, manufacturing tests and quality control, and education and training. These digital storage oscilloscopes have 11 automatic measurements, 2 channels, 2.5 K point record length, a CompactFlash mass storage option with the TDS2MEM Module, WaveStar Software, an FFT function, advanced triggers, and a monochrome LCD display screen. The oscilloscopes in this series have a bandwidth as high as 100 MHz and a 1.0 GS/s maximum sample rate, depending on the model.

Measurement data can be documented and assessed with ease by utilizing the OpenChoice software. Waveforms and measurement information can be transported swiftly from one oscilloscope to another or to an external PC. OpenChoice includes a Windows desktop data transfer application, along with Microsoft Word and Excel Toolbar Add-ins. The TDS1000 Series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are equipped with these types of automatic waveform measurements: Cycle RMS, Mean, Max, Min, Period, +Width, -Width, Frequency, Fall Time, Rise Time, and Peak-to-Peak. The digital storage oscilloscopes in this series have RS-232 and GPIB programmability, while retaining control of every mode, measurement, and setting. There are also multiple optional communication modules available for the Tektronix TDS1000 Series.
