The Tektronix TDS2000B Series of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes features models with 2 or 4 channels, varying bandwidths of 60 MHz, 100 MHz, or 200 MHz, and a sample rate of either 1.0 GS/s or 2.0 GS/s. Each oscilloscope in the series has a color display screen, a USB flash drive port for file storage, 11 automatic measurements, a variable persistence display, and the ability to link to a GPIB controller with an optional TEK-USB-488 adapter. These oscilloscopes have dimensions of 12.85 (W) x 6.22 (H) x 4.89 (D) inches and weigh 4.4 pounds without accessories. The rackmount that can be purchased for this series of digital storage oscilloscopes is the RM2000B Rackmount.

The Tektronix TDS2000B Series has an easy-to-use interface with classic analog-style controls. These features decrease learning time and improve productivity. The TDS2000B Series comes with National Instruments SignalExpress Tektronix Edition Software, which has advanced capabilities, such as remote oscilloscope control, live waveform assessment, and advanced assessment. OpenChoice PC Communications Software is also included on these oscilloscopes to swiftly capture, store, and assess measurement data. Images can be printed to any printer that is compatible with PictBridge by utilizing the USB port.
