PXI Source Measure Units
The National Instruments PXI Source Measure Units or SMUs offer accurate current or voltage sourcing and measurement features for PXI systems. The NI SMUs are created to decrease test time and improve versatility. The SMUs have 1-24 channels and most do not include auxiliary power. Some of the SMUs have the SourceAdapt feature, which can alter the transient behavior of the SMU, decrease settling time, and reduce overshoot.
