TDS3000B

The Tektronix TDS3000B Series of Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes can be used in a wide range of applications, including: general bench testing, digital design and debug, manufacturing testing, video installation and service, power supply design, telecommunications mask testing, and education and training. An optional internal battery is available which will provide three hours of operation without line power.

There are several application modules for specific types of analysis, such as: a 601 serial digital video module, an advanced analysis module, an extended video module, a limit testing module, and a telecommunications mask testing module. The TDS3AAM Advanced Analysis Module adds an enhanced math capability, arbitrary math expressions, measurement data, and more automated measurements. The TDS3LIM Limit Testing Module provides rapid, precise Go/No Go confirmation that tested circuits are running within specified stipulations. The TDS3TMT Telecommunications Mask Testing Module provides Pass/Fail compliance of ITU-T G.703 and ANSI T1.102 requirements, custom mask testing, and other features. The TDS3VID Extended Video Editing Module brings a Video QuickMenu, autoset, holdoff, HDTV format triggering graticules, and more. Lastly, the TDS3SDI 601 Serial/Digital Video Module adds the capability to discover and assess ITU-R BT.601 video signals, vectorscope mode, video picture mode with bright line select, etc.
